You do not need to provide an email address to browse LabelCompat. The site has no user accounts, newsletter signup or traditional contact form that submits messages to a server. The printer and SKU finder processes its search query in your browser.
Information you voluntarily send
If you contact LabelCompat by email, we may receive your sender email address, your name if you include it, your message, page URLs, printer models, label or tape SKUs, source references and other content you choose to provide. Do not include passwords, payment details or information unrelated to your request.
We use volunteered information to respond, investigate compatibility corrections, maintain correspondence and protect the site against misuse. A public correction may describe the factual issue and its evidence without publishing your private correspondence or contact details.
Ordinary hosting and email services
Hosting infrastructure may create ordinary server logs, which can include an IP address, browser information, request time, requested URL and response details. Such logs can help operate and secure the website. Email providers also process messages under their own service practices.
Service providers may process information as needed to deliver hosting, email and related operational services. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect rights or resolve a security incident.
Analytics, advertising and browser storage
No Google Analytics script is currently configured. LabelCompat does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising or session-recording tools, and the finder does not store a search history in browser storage.
The site does not display a tracking consent banner for tracking tools that are absent. If analytics or advertising practices change, this policy will be updated to describe the resulting behavior and any applicable choices.
Links to other websites
Manufacturer references and any merchant links take you to websites with their own privacy policies. LabelCompat does not control those services. A voluntary email link opens your email application; composing a message does not automatically send it.
Retention and security
Correspondence may be kept while it is needed to handle a request, maintain an evidence or correction record, address abuse or meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and the relevant service’s operational practices rather than an invented universal deletion period.
Reasonable care is taken with volunteered information, but no website, email service or transmission method can guarantee perfect security. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for the issue you want investigated.

You can ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided by emailing appsdevacademy@gmail.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence and assess the request. Applicable rights and obligations remain unaffected.
